TELEMARKETING STAFF
Responsibility:
- Identifying a new business opportunities and maintaining a harmonious relationship with the existing customers.
- Performing inbound and outbound sales calls to customers based on existing database
- Explaining products or services and prices to potential customers
- Handling general enquiries, feedbacks and complaints from customers
- Scheduling appointments for clients to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend clients presentations.
- Ensuring business growth and increasing market penetration.
- Updating and maintaining information on computer systems and in archives
Requirements:
- Female with age Max. 30 years old
- Minimum Diploma Degree in English / Administration / Finance / Management / Accounting / Public Relation or related from a reputable university with min. GPA 2.75.
- MUST be Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Having experience in Call Center and Telemarketing would be a definite advantage.
- Having experience in Publishing / Media / Event Organizer industry would be a definite advantage.
- Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Computer Literate of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
- Creative, Meticulous, Communicative, Good Attitude, Hard Working, Honest, Responsible, Discipline
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to persuade and influence client
- Highly motivated, passionate in sales through telemarketing with strong target oriented result.
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
